Job Title: ERP Operator (Nights)

Reporting to: Decant supervisor 

Job Purpose:

To ensure the businesses ERP system is completed correctly, efficiently and reports any issues/discrepancies to the Line Leaders. Ensure all duties are carried out correctly and efficiently, also enforcing the company’s operational procedures and policies.

Dimensions of the Job

Line Process: Responsible for controlling the aspects of Pallet Labelling / packing processes and controls within the company’s existing policies and procedures.

Paperwork/ Equipment: Responsible for inputting the correct equipment and ensuring the stock is processed and recorded properly in prophet.

ERP: Responsible for maintaining any processing of information within our ERP system (Prophet)

Principle Accountabilities

• To ensure accuracy of all decant jobs, capturing waste and making sure correct labels and product is packed correctly.
• Ensure a comprehensive handover is given to all shifts and departments within operations if required
• To ensure all paperwork relevant to your position is filled out correctly and filed
• To ensure all health and safety policies are adhered to in all areas at all times

Experience, Knowledge, Qualifications

• Computer proficiency
• Must have sound administrative skills
• Must have a flexible approach to work
• Good communication skills required
• Must have a good understanding of ERP systems
