Job Title: Packhouse Team Leader
Report to: Packhouse Supervisor
Job Purpose
To assist the Manufacturing Supervisor in the day to day running of the Pack house supporting and assisting the key staff and ensuring all duties are carried out correctly and efficiently, also enforcing the companies procedures and policies.
Dimensions of the Job
Line process: Responsible for controlling all aspects of labelling/production and/or decant processes and controls within the company’s existing policies and procedures.
Communication: Maintain a high level of communication with all other areas of the operation
Principle Accountabilities
To ensure accuracy of all plans and that the systems are in place to capture waste, ensure correct labels are made and distributed via your team.
To ensure efficiency targets per hour standards are met and are improved
To ensure all product labels are received and accepted in line with the current product specification
To complete all necessary tasks such as pit stops, escalation of issues, 5 S audits and SIC control boards.
To report serious disciplinary issues to a supervisor / manager
Experience, Knowledge, Qualifications
Computer proficiency preferable
Must have sound administrative skills
Must have a flexible approach to work
Some previous experience preferable
Be familiar with and have a good understanding of ERP systems

Flamingo Flowers is seeking an organised and detail-focused Equipment Controller to manage returnable production equipment across our operation. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment is accurately tracked, maintained, and available to support production requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and track returnable trays, buckets, Proconas, QBoxes, pallets, trolleys, and other production assets.
Maintain accurate equipment balances on-site and with third-party suppliers.
Place equipment orders and arrange hire/off-hire through supplier portals.
Update and maintain equipment records within the MRP system.
Complete monthly stock counts, reconciliations, and reporting.
Coordinate equipment transfers, collections, and returns with suppliers and transport providers.
Monitor damaged equipment and arrange repairs, returns, or replacements.
Manage pallet and Danish trolley hire requirements.
Support equipment movements across Flamingo sites.
Ensure all equipment complies with GMP standards and company procedures.
Conduct regular audits and work with departments to address equipment misuse.
Maintain accurate records of all equipment movements and stock levels.
