The Line Leader is responsible for supervising and coordinating the production/decant lines to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. They guide team members, monitor workflow, resolve issues promptly, and enforce operational procedures. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential to maintain smooth line operations and meet production/decant targets. Dimensions of the Job: Responsible for controlling all aspects of labelling/production and/or decant processes and controls within the company’s existing policies/procedures. Ensures delivery consistently to the highest standards and can train other line leaders. Manages data in Prophet, Marco and RedZone systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards General Responsibilities: Understanding of the Health & Safety Act and its implications to you, your colleagues and the company Adhering to the Company’s Hygiene standards as detailed in the Company Handbook. To ensure efficiency targets per hour standards are met and are improved, SIC boards to be filled out to the correct standard and tracker is completed in a timely fashion. To ensure all produce is packed/decanted in line with the current product specification.
